STUDYING THAI MASSAGE

As a member of the faculty of the World School of Massage, I occasionally conduct courses in Thai Massage as well as guided imagery for the bodyworker. 

The School has been serving the Bay area for over 20 years and can be contacted at  415-22l-2533  for information, a visit or a free brochure.

PRIVATE INSTRUCTION

Increasingly some people have opted for one-on-one Thai Massage instruction. This is especially recommended for those that have already studied Thai Massage and now want to perfect their technique or add some unique movements. Conversely, a private session is also very suitable for someone who practices other floor modalities (such as Shiatsu) and simply want to add some interesting stretches to their work, without studying the entire form. It is best to bring a friend along as a practice model, otherwise I can invite someone. During private instruction a lot can be learned even in one session. Call for further info or to discuss your individual needs.

YOGA AT THE RITZ

For those of you who are planning a stay at the Ritz Carlton in half Moon Bay, there are two opportunities to practice together.

I teach an intermediate Yoga class at the Colony Club on Friday mornings from 9 am until 10:30 am.  The core group of students are local residents, however the class is open to hotel guests.

The Colony Club is located right in the middle of the Ritz property. It is a unique glass building where you also can enjoy a nice swim after the practice.

I teach a completely different class on Sunday mornings from 10 am until 11:30 am at the Ritz Spa. The Yoga room at the Spa is a beautiful space with an ocean view. The class is for hotel guests only and is usually a very small group, giving the feel of a private yoga session.

WILBUR HOT SPRINGS

   I will be available for Traditional Thai Massage sessions at Wilbur Hot Springs near Williams, California, on a semi regular basis.   The waters at Wilbur are very unique and deeply healing. It is said that the Native Americans used to drag their sick and wounded for days to get to this location. 

I've been visiting Wilbur for well over a decade and I'm proud to introduce my work here. I believe the synergy of Thai bodywork with these special waters is quite profound.
